Up and until very recently we would read just about everything we could find on health and how to achieve total body fitness.   It would be fair to say that we are health nuts.   Reading articles on health helps us to keep up with the latest news in exercise, diet, supplements, and other aspects of longevity.   That’s all changed now because when we read an article on health now we can’t help but get angry because they keep changing their minds about what is good or bad for you.   One day a type of food, such as soy, is good for you, and the next day an article on health says that soy increases food allergens and promotes the development of female hormones in males.   There’s no mystery for us.   All we want is the ideal way to stay fit, have a healthy diet, and live for a long time.  Total body fitness personified!

Sometimes you become your own worst enemy by reading all the articles that contradict because you become confused and disillusioned.  Exactly what will aid you in achieving total body fitness?   Three great American favorites, coffee, chocolate, and alcohol were, up until recently, thought to be bad for your health.   Now it turns out that wine is good for you, beer is good for you (provided its dark beer), chocolate is good for you (if it is dark chocolate), and even coffee has been found to have some health benefits when used in moderation.   We’re waiting for when they tell you that cheesecake and full fat dairy ice cream are good for you in reducing your cholesterol level!
